• this tension shines light on our our needs/desires and our partnership needs — with Jupiter pushing us to lean into our emotional intelligence and nurturing qualities to make sure we aren’t being overindulging with our own desires or giving away our desires to our partner. In other words, what are you moving towards, and how can you move towards it in a way that doesn’t leave your partner in the dust or cause aggressive conflict? If the relationship is truly holding you back in a negative way so you can’t move towards what you want, then it is time to evaluate.

An awkward feeling between balancing our relationships with others and understanding what we need to let go of or trust.

Passive or even delusional conflict in tension with the changes happening in food, relationships, and finances. 

• a conflict between acting on intuition and dealing with material realities
• could be a time that finances drastically change
• possible relationship/fights breakups due to acting quickly on intuition rather than integration
• large desire for independence, with a strong/reactive resistance to being controlled or restricted
• on a macro scale, we may see volatility with our food systems and economic instability. Things like food prices, changes to land ownership/freedom, impulsive shifts in global markets, ect.
• sudden monetary transitions (think crypto currency or global digital currency), there may be a “dissolving” (Pisces) of our old money system (cash)

Uranus in its final degrees.

FINANCIAL

The month of April is a VERY important time in this years astrology! We are in the final month of Uranus being in Taurus (finishing up a cycle that started officially in 2019), which means it will be coming into its final degree (making it extremely volatile while in that degree). As almost every astrologer has been saying the financial collapse or permanent and sudden shift of our financial system will happen before Uranus moved into Gemini — we are actually seeing this happen right before our eyes.

• Many gas stations are switching over to no cash to fill gas tanks. In the States many have introduce an App for payment or take card only. This will quickly become the norm.
• Parking metres in many locations have phased out taking coins and are only accepting App or Credit Card.
• El Salvador and parts of the US have added using Crypto as a legal currency, while other countries are using it in their reserves. Central Bank Digital Currencies are being built up in several countries all moving towards a cashless society.
• We are seeing the gas prices start to destabilize many countries economically around the world, either directly through the inflation of gas prices or in the increase of inflated import prices.
• Because of this, we are seeing a huge rise in food prices, which will only continue to go up from here as we head into Uranus in Gemini (the civil war era).
• Toll Booths are starting to eliminate accepting cash.
• Not to mention the rise of certain fast food chains moving over to card or app pay only.

FOOD SYSTEM/NATURE

With Taurus also ruling the food system, land for growing food, and agriculture, we have seen huge changes and protests (Uranus) about this topic with farmers protests. We are now seeing the heightened fall out from these changes this month:

• Again with the huge rise in food prices.
• As I am in a facebook group for Vancouver Island, I am seeing huge overstretch by the CRVD which has now put restrictions (with fines) on fence heights for gardens/homesteads, fines for those who choose to live in their campers on their own land, chickens only allowed in designated properties.
• Not food related but nature related, plans to develop building into East Sooke National Park (which is a very untouched area in southern Vancouver Island)
• We also saw the ongoing protests during the Uranus in Taurus transit that has people protesting against the destruction of old growth forest in Fairy Creek, BC.

BODY

As Taurus also rules our bodies, we are also seeing a quick change with our technology that impedes on our bodily autonomy — with most of the new electronics having fingerprint biometrics and facial recognition which is getting harder and harder to opt out on as old technology gets phased out. This is not to disclude the mandatory covid vaccines that took place 5 years ago.

Uranus moving into Gemini

With Uranus now moving into Gemini at the end of this month, the drastic and surprising changes that were happening in Taurus like themes will now transition into Gemini themes. As Gemini and Uranus are both quick and air-like, this won’t be happening as a slow roll out as it did in Taurus, it will be overwhelmingly fast. Changes to our transportation (more self driving cars introduced), our information sources (moving to online streamers/podcasters), many people will start using more technologically advanced gadgets like glasses for their phones, neurolink being released, early school education will change significantly, perhaps a transition to online classes or kids using more online technology to learn in class.

But where Uranus moves, rebellion and revolutions happen. It will move away from the food and financial system towards fast technological advancement. We will start seeing more protests around Data Centres being built in rural areas outside cities, protests around the development of AI (its takeover of jobs) and deepfakes, protests for a release of hidden information and for disclosure to the public, protests on tech giant corporations and data ownership, and protests over smart cities being developed.

It is imperial to note, that Uranus in Gemini coincides with a civil war almost every time it moves into this sign. Gemini is our immediate social network, our small and familiar communities and how we get along/communicate with each other. With Uranus the disruptor there, we are all fighting our ideas for how we want to progress. How this plays out in modern times where warfare has changed from physical to technological/and war on information, will be interesting to see. However, it probably comes to no surprise that this is coming as we have seen the build up of distrust between all fassets of community since 2020. People are not sure who to trust anymore or who to even believe in. That creates a very unstable community network.

In Summary

This Full Moon (although it doesn’t make a direct connection to it) does have Uranus influencing it in the background. Yes this Full Moon is focussing in on our relationship to self vs relationship to other, but the changes we are feeling and making regarding our relationships to both of those areas are coming from destabilizing effects currently happening with Uranus making its final transit through Taurus. Innately, we feel we need to make changes that will progress us in a way that we can adapt to what is about to come and ride on the coat-tails. Anything stagnant is being brought to the service because Uranus is the final (collective) planet that is leaving its long cycle of being in a feminine earth sign, into a masculine air sign. Which means all collective planets are now in masculine signs for long year cycles. Who isn’t adapting with who you are becoming is being made very clear and unavoidable at this point. This doesn’t mean you need to end these relationships, but it does mean they have to adapt in order to survive. This is the pressure point we all feel. And with North Node guiding us in its final months in Pisces — we are being asked to trust and surrender in this process.. rather than control the outcome.
