We all are born with such innate potential, however, some people may struggle to understand what those possibilities could be. Why? There may be many reasons; low confidence, emotional blockages, childhood trauma distortion, or just a general sense of lack of direction. I like to think of a natal birth chart like our own DNA strand. When born, where the planets were at that exact moment infused your DNA with the energy of that from the cosmos. Decoding the patterns and energies that these planets created in your internal structure, is what a natal birth chart essentially is. It helps to break down why you feel the way you do and what energetic structure you carry within you from the day you were born.

Why might one want a natal astrology birth chart reading?

Ever wonder why you are the way you are? Maybe you are completely different from your family and friends, or struggle to express yourself in certain areas in your life. Maybe you were born with this internal rage that you can’t quite explain, or are told you are “too emotional” or “lazy”. You may sit and get frustrated with yourself because these traits are so deeply imbedded in who you are and it almost seems out of your control in how to change or transform them. 

Decoding an astrology chart can help to figure our what your internal structure is and what it needs. For example: If you were born with the majority of your planets in fire signs, you may naturally be a “heated” personality, but by understanding that, you can find ways to channel that inner fire so that it no longer controls you and your subconscious reactions. 

Another reason may be that you have gone through most of your life lost without purpose. You know the things your good at, but you just don’t know how to aim them forward or which exact direction to aim. A chart reading can help decode where your deeper soul wants you to work towards in this lifetime. It can show areas that will come natural to you and other areas you may need to work on to uncover a layer of yourself that may be the key to moving forward. 

Can a natal astrology chart reading help with decoding childhood experiences?

Absolutely!! In fact it is almost scary how accurate a chart can show what you may have struggled with growing up. This may be because that was the energy happening when you were born, so your DNA picked all of that energy up even though it may not be truly you. 

There are specific planets that represent the mother, father, and siblings — essentially the family unit. There are ways to read a chart to see how these planets expressed themselves and how that affected you. Because these are your placements, it means you now have these traits too, but, understanding why you have them can really help in expressing the higher octave of these traits rather than the shadow traits through projection. 

An interesting fact: many families will have a specific planetary aspect that go through generations of birth charts — which coincides with the idea of epigenetics and how specific psychological functionings can exist through each generation. Decoding what this is can help you to transform this energy so that it can get passed down in a harmonious way.

What if you are religious and fear astrology?

Honestly this is a very common question, especially now that I am living in Saskatchewan. I can understand how astrology could be used for more “demonic” purposes. I believe that there are people out there that harness the energy for their own benefit or to manipulate fate or situations. However, this is NOT the way I read astrology charts.

In my own opinion (and this may differ from yours), I believe everything is connected. I believe God can be found in everything, in every cell, and throughout the universe. It is what connects us all to each other. Why couldn’t astrology be another form of how God creates us? Everything is energy at the end of the day. 

I do not read astrology to give you your fate. And I will not read it like that even through requests. I will let you know what energies are at play internally and externally in the outer environment and give you plethora of ways that could work out. I believe in the idea that if you are presented with a fate placed upon you by any esoteric practitioner, you may just manifest that into being rather than that actually be the fate at play. By understanding your own internal energetic structure, it gives you a choice on how you want to work with the current energy around you. This gives you tools to make conscious choices in how you show up to those around you rather than acting from your subconscious tendencies. This makes you a better person at the end of the day, learning how to regulate rather than react. Anything that creates harmony and love is not something that I believe is acting in accordance against Gods wishes. 

What can you expect with a reading?

They are either 1 hour or 2 hours long. I spend the majority going through your natal planetary placements and how it affects your personality, mind, body, and soul. I will go into how certain placements may be connected to childhood — and how to transform a specific internal energy that may be repeatedly giving you problems. The last half, I pull up the current transits and walk you through how you may be feeling currently with what triggers are happening to you at this time. 

Because I am a trained Herbalist, I also give you health tips based on your astrology chart and the placements you have. I let you know which area of your body you should focus on to prevent disease from forming and ways that may help you release stress in a way that is individualized to your unique make-up.

What do you need for a reading?

You will need your birth date, exact time of birth, and birth location to get a fully accurate reading. Many people don’t know their exact birth time and if that is you and you’d like to know how to obtain it–please get in contact. However, I can still read for you without one, but it will be less predictive and more about your internal personality rather than life path.

2hrs- $150 –> recommended for first reading
